Product features

1. Surface treatment: environmental protection galvanizing, neutral salt spray test, no white rust for 24 hours; It can be electrophoretic and sandblasting.
2. Rotating parts; Larger base plate and steel ball plate, double steel ball track, steel ball plate and base plate are heat treated to better increase the bearing strength and rotation flexibility of casters;
3. Firm welding process shall be adopted for the bottom plate of the support;
4. Bottom plate thickness: 6mm;;
5. Wheel material; The wheel adopts reinforced cast iron wheel core and internal stiffener; The outer skin is cast high-grade wear-resistant polyurethane elastomer;
6. Braking mode; Wheel surface brake;
7. Wheel color: the general color is red, and other black, blue and gray can be customized according to customer requirements.
