Dongguan, China – September 4, 2026– A delegation from a key Japanese partner enterprise recently completed a full-day on-site visit to Dongguan Carsun Caster Co., Ltd., a specialized manufacturer of industrial and customized caster wheel solutions based in Guangdong. Accompanied by Carsun’s core business, engineering and quality management teams, the Japanese guests toured the full production facility, including the automated stamping workshop, polyurethane casting area, final assembly lines, and the company’s in-house professional caster testing center. During the walkthrough, the delegation reviewed detailed inspection records covering raw material incoming checks, precision component machining, and full-load durability testing for finished products. Special attention was paid to Carsun’s newly upgraded low-noise caster abrasion resistance testing system, as well as the production processes for the company’s corrosion-resistant caster series developed specifically for overseas markets.

In the subsequent closed-door symposium, both sides conducted in-depth discussions on multiple priority topics. These included optimizing delivery efficiency for existing cooperative orders, upgrading performance specifications for next-generation industrial casters products, and finalizing the implementation roadmap for custom solutions tailored to niche application scenarios in Japan. The Carsun team also shared the latest updates on this year’s production capacity expansion and quality control system enhancement, and presented preliminary technical adjustment plans for the special usage requirements raised by the visiting delegation.
