Installation height: refers to the vertical distance from the ground to the installation position of the equipment. The installation height of casters refers to the maximum vertical distance between the caster base plate and the wheel edge.
Steering center distance of support: refers to the horizontal distance from the vertical line of central rivet to the center of wheel core.
Turning radius: refers to the horizontal distance from the vertical line of the central rivet to the outer edge of the tire. The appropriate spacing enables the caster to turn 360 degrees. Whether the rotation radius is reasonable or not directly affects the service life of casters.
Driving load: the load-bearing capacity of casters when moving is also called dynamic load. The dynamic load of casters varies according to different test methods of the factory and different materials of wheels. The key lies in whether the structure and quality of the support can resist impact and vibration.
Impact load: the instantaneous bearing capacity of casters when the equipment is impacted or vibrated by the load. Generally, the static load shall be 5 ~ 6 times of the exercise load (dynamic load), and the static load shall be at least 2 times of the impact load.

Driving flexibility: the factors that affect the driving flexibility of casters include the structure of the support, the selection of support steel, the size of the wheel, the type of wheel, bearings, etc. the larger the wheel, the better the driving flexibility. The hard and narrow wheel is labor-saving than the soft wheel with flat edge on a smooth ground, but the soft wheel is labor-saving on an uneven ground, but the soft wheel on an uneven ground can better protect the equipment and shock absorption!
