Can I get free caster wheel samples from Stardrawing ?
A: We would be honor to offer you free caster samples, and we believe that you would be willing to pay for the freight fee forsuchgood products. Please provide your DHL/FedEx or other freight collect number and advise which express type should be chosen,international express type(2~3days) or economic type (4~5days).

Q3. What is your payment terms of caster ?
A: It is undisputable and crystal clear that 30% advanced payment, 70% before shipment, hope we have reached agreement for thisregular payment manner.

Q4. What about your lead time ?
A: Usually, caster sample needs 5-7 days, mass production time needs 30 days. It is up to the quantity and stocking.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on casters ?
A: Sure.
Option 1 – Build the molds and fixtures upon your sample or technical drawings
Option 2 – Add your logo on fork or wheel
Option 3 – Pack the casters in your branded carton
