Select good materials. Good iron materials are not easy to rust, wear-resistant and smooth, and can rotate more flexibly through galvanizing treatment.

Stainless steel material features

1. It has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties;
2. Stamping, bending and other hot workability is good, and there is no heat treatment hardening phenomenon;
3. It has the characteristics of good processability, high toughness and corrosion resistance;
4. Suitable for food processing, storage and transportation.
5. The service temperature range is – 15 to 80 ℃.

Precautions for safe bearing of stainless steel castors

1. Stainless steel casters in the special working environment, not only the corresponding casters should be selected, but also the reasonable design structure should be equipped to increase the impact resistance.
2. The most common installation mode of stainless steel casters is four-wheel type. When the impact of stainless steel casters is small, that is, when the ground is in good condition, it can be selected according to 130% of the total weight borne by four casters during cargo transportation or equipment movement.
3. In places with poor ground environment, three stainless steel casters are required to bear all the weight and one caster is suspended. In this case, it is calculated according to the bearing capacity of three wheels and does not exceed the maximum limit of three wheels, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of casters.
