2. Wheel maintenance: Check the wheel wear. The poor rotation of the wheel is related to debris such as thin wires and ropes. The anti-winding cover can effectively block the entanglement of these sundries. Too loose or too tight casters is another factor, replace broken wheels to avoid erratic rotation. After inspection and replacement of the wheels, make sure that the axles are tightened with lock washers and nuts. Because the loose axle will cause the spokes to rub against the bracket forks and become stuck, it should be noted that replacement wheels and bearings are always available to avoid loss of production.
3. Lubricating grease maintenance: Regularly adding lubricating grease, the wheels and movable bearings can be used normally for a long time. Applying grease to the friction parts of the axle, the seal ring and the roller bearing can effectively reduce friction and make the rotation more flexible.
4.Inspection of bracket fork and fastener: Tighten the loose axle and nut and check whether the weld or support plate is damaged. Overloading or bumping can cause the yoke yoke to twist, and a twisted yoke yoke causes the heavy load to lean against individual wheels and cause premature wheel failure.
If it is a grip ring stem caster, tighten the nut or rive it firmly, and ensure that the fork of the equipment mounting bracket is not bent and the grip ring stem is installed correctly. When installing casters, lock nuts or lock washers should be used. The installation of expansion grip ring stem casters should ensure that the grip ring stem is firmly installed in the casing.
